Waterfront will comprise a series of well designed and specified office buildings in a waterside business environment with easy access to all of the wider facilities of Chesterfield Waterside.
The units planned range in size from 1400 sq.m. (15,000 sq.ft.) to 6000 sq.m. (64,000 sq.ft.) and are available for occupation from Summer of 2010 subject to detailed planning consent. Larger units can be accommodated within the scheme on a purpose-built basis for purchase or letting.
Outline consent is anticipated to be in place by Autumn 2009.
