Chesterfield Waterside will be an exciting example of best practice regeneration taking a largely vacant edge of town centre waterside site and creating a vibrant new environment of buildings and open spaces. Urbo will give Chesterfield back its waterside environment by restoring and building a navigable waterway through the 16 hectare (40 acre site) to a new canal basin which has been constructed at the heart of the project.
